Machine Readable Passports (MRPs)
Passport validity
- Validity of Passport 5 years (for all applicants).
- The validity of Passport 10 years (for applicants above 15 years) (If needed)
Required Documents
- The required documents for Machine Readable Passport are as under
For Adults
- One Photograph with white background
- Original old passport along with a photocopy.
- Original valid CNIC / NICOP along with a photocopy.
- Original valid CNIC / NICOP along with a photocopy.
- In case of Lost of Passport, original Police Report attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE along with the photocopy
- Marriage Certificate (in case of new marriage).
For Children (under 18 Years)
- One Photograph with white background
- Original old Passport along with a photocopy (if any).
- Original valid NICOP/CRC (B-Form) with a photocopy.
- Original Valid Resident Visa along with a photocopy (If any)
- Parents original CNIC/NICOP along with a photocopy.
- Parents original Passports and Visas along with a photocopy.
- In case, Parents (Father / Mother) is non-Pakistani national. NOC is required from respective (Embassy or Consulate) along with NOC from that parent.
- In case of Lost of Passport, original Police Report attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE along with a photocopy.
- Children under the age of l5 years cannot apply for ten (10) years validity passport.
