Required Documents
- (Note: All below-mentioned documents should be brought in original along with their photocopies as well)
Renewal/NICOP Smart Card for CNIC Holder
- Original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
- Original Passport (with valid residence visa)
- Photocopy (or at least number) of CNIC of any blood relative (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter)
- Nikah Nama (Attested copy) in case of married
- Photocopy of Spouse NIC (In case of Married)
- One Passport size photograph with white background.
Duplicate of Lost ID Card
- Original National CNIC/NICOP
- Original Passport (with valid residence visa)
- Photocopy (or at least number) of CNIC of any blood relative (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter).
- Nikah Nama (Attested Copy) in case of married
- Photocopy of Spouse NIC (In case of Married)
- One Passport size photograph with white background.
